1. What’s one thing people should know about your role or your work?

   My role is to support clients through the often complex legal processes involved in property law and immigration matters in Spain. I ensure that all documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and communication between clients and lawyers runs smoothly. People should know that my work requires both precision and empathy - every case represents someone’s personal or financial investment, and I take that responsibility seriously.

2. What lesson from your first job still guides you today?

   One lesson that still guides me today came from an experience where I had to arrange important legal documents after a client’s husband had passed away. It reminded me how crucial empathy and attention to detail are in this profession. Beyond the paperwork, it’s about understanding the human side of every case and providing support when people need it most.

3. How do you continue to grow and stay current in your field?

   By constantly learning about changes in Spanish property and immigration laws, as well as new legal procedures that affect our clients. I make it a priority to attend internal trainings inside the company, follow legal updates, and learn from the experienced lawyers I work with. Every case also teaches me something new - it’s a profession where you never really stop learning.

4. What’s one change you’d like to see in your industry?

   One change I’d like to see in the legal industry is a more streamlined and digitalized process for handling documentation and communication with public offices. Too often, delays and inefficiencies arise from outdated systems or lack of coordination between institutions. With better digital integration, we could save clients time, reduce stress, and make legal procedures in Spain more transparent and efficient.

5. What values guide your decision-making at work?

   Integrity, responsibility, and empathy. I believe in being honest and transparent with clients, taking full ownership of my tasks, and always considering the human side behind every legal matter. These principles help me maintain professionalism while ensuring that every client feels supported and respected throughout the process.

6. What accomplishment are you most proud of?

   Successfully managing several complicated property cases from start to finish, even under tight deadlines and unexpected challenges. Seeing clients’ relief and gratitude when everything is finalized makes all the effort worthwhile. It reminds me that my work truly makes a difference in helping people navigate important moments in their lives.

7. What advice would you give to someone just starting out?

   My advice is to be patient, stay organized, and never stop learning. The legal field can be demanding and fast-paced, but attention to detail and a genuine willingness to help clients will set you apart. Don’t be afraid to ask questions - every experience, even the difficult ones, will help you grow both professionally and personally.
