-
What’s one thing people should know about your role or your work?
One thing people should know about my role is that I don’t just provide remote staff - I take care of my clients and their business. I make sure they have the right people, smooth processes, and full support every step of the way.
-
What was one defining moment early in your career?
A defining moment early in my career was the moment I realised this is truly who I am. I’d never been happier, and it felt like everything finally aligned. The doubt disappeared, the questions stopped, and I knew I had found the path I was meant to be on. That clarity gave me the energy and motivation to keep growing in this industry.
-
How do you define success in your current position?
I define success by the impact my placements make. I love seeing someone step into a role that fits them perfectly, watching a company grow because the right person joined the team, and having clients come back because they trust me. Success is when clients feel like friends and when the community around us grows through the work we do together.
-
What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone building expertise?
Immerse yourself fully in what you do, and genuinely care about the people you work with. Expertise isn’t just about skills - it’s about curiosity, experience, and the willingness to make a real impact. The more you listen, learn, and support others, the stronger and more meaningful your expertise will become.
-
What trends are shaping your industry right now?
Remote staffing today is shaped by a rapidly expanding global talent pool, a shift toward skills-based hiring, and the rise of outcome-based performance. Companies now prioritise flexibility, scalable teams, and strong culture - valuing well-being, communication, and long-term team fit more than ever before.
-
How would you describe your leadership style?
I’d describe my leadership style as clear, honest, and accountability-driven. I don’t sugarcoat mistakes, and I expect ownership - but I also support my team, guide them, and make sure they have what they need to succeed. We focus on results, and we deliver together.
-
Who or what played a key role in your success story?
One of my very first clients played a major role in my success. That partnership marked the real beginning of my journey and reminded me how powerful it is to meet the right people at the right time. We built such a strong connection that we’re still friends today and continue to collaborate on different projects.

What advice would you give to someone just starting out?
Never give up. If you’re just starting out, mistakes aren’t a sign of failure - they’re exactly how you learn. This is the beginning of your journey, and every challenge you face is shaping you, teaching you, and preparing you for what’s ahead. Keep going.
